University of Oklahoma's Norman Campus that works to educate, inspire

undergraduates with the opportunity to meet and network with others who
share a common interest in politics and public service.  Participants in
N.E.W. Leadership program, how in its 7th year, will have the chance to
gain skill in community organizing, public speaking, leadership, team
building, negotiation and conflict resolution.  Participants will also have
the opportunity to meet Oklahoma women office holders, public
administrators, local activists, as well as spend time at the Oklahoma
State Capitol and attend a reception celebrate Oklahoma's women
political leaders.  The N.E.W. Leadership Program in Oklahoma is a part
of the national NEW Leadership network created by the Center for
American Women and Politics at Rutgers University.  N.E.W. Leadership
